You manage the work process, motivate colleagues, supervise the implementation and maintain contacts with customers and suppliers.

Projects:
- Maintenance work at different scales
- Construction and installation of components in new and non-residential buildings
- Renovations/transformations in large-scale projects
We ask:
- A successfully completed education at VMBO level
- Practical experience in construction and maintenance
- Completion of relevant courses and several years of experience in the sector
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Driver's license BE and a valid VCA (full) certificate
